Booking Request Form

Should you wish to book any of our services, please complete and submit the online Booking Request Form, below. Once we receive your completed form, a member of AIE staff will follow up with you directly to confirm the details. Please note the following submission deadlines:

  • For the 2019 fall semester: October 15, 2019
  • For mid-January or February 2020 bookings: December 15, 2019
  • For March – June 2020 bookings: March 16th, 2020

By New York State law, a licensed teacher must be in the classroom with the visiting Ailey artists. Please provide the name of the licensed teacher(s) supervising the Ailey dance classes for in-school classes

Who is the supervising adult at the school site during Ailey classes that take place after school? Please provide their name and contact information

Marketing Materials

Will you be creating any marketing materials (flyers, posters, etc.) for the Ailey activities? If so, please email a proof for approval 5 business days before materials will be printed to Lana Meyer, lmeyer@alvinailey.org
